"In Those Times"
There are times we experience sorrow,
And feel that there will be no tomorrow.
Then there are the times of pain,
When we can't see through the rain.
But during these times we grow stronger,
And find out, that we can go on longer.
This is when we gain our strength,
This strength called faith can be great at length,
Faith can help you climb the highest mountain,
Survive the rough, deep sea.
Cross the widest river,
And over come your deepest valley.
In these times we may feel lonely all along,
But we should see that we are so wrong.
God will always be there,
Whether or not you choose to care.
Don't give up in seeing a loss,
For you know you can always talk to the boss!
When you go through a tough situation.
God will step in with admiration!

"Rough Times"
There are times that things don't go our way,
Everything seems to go wrong,
We feel we can't make it through the day,
The day is just too long.
We think why is it always me?
Nothing seems to go right,
We want to be burden free,
We can't see what God has in sight.
Sometimes it's hard to continue to go,
We want to give in,
Everything is always so slow,
But give it to God and you'll always win!
It's easy for others to say,
That they'll be there for you,
But when they run away,
It's because they aren't in your shoes.
No one can understand the pain you're going through,
They just think you'll be okay,
They have no idea what it's like to be you,
Because they aren't having the same kind of day.
No matter how lonely you may feel,
God will hear your prayers,
You must believe and stand still,
Because he'll always be there!
Whenever you feel you can't go on any longer,
And you are "at the end of your rope,"
That is when God is making you stronger,
Whatever you do, don't give up hope!

"Keep going"
Whenever times are rough,
We wish time would go by quick,
Because the situations are tough,
They make us feel so sick.
Sometimes we feel really down,
It's like we're locked in jail,
We occasionally frown,
It's like we can't get well.
What's in the future, we may never know,
We must let God guide us by his hands,
If we let him take charge, there will be a special glow,
He'll carry us through life's sands.
As time goes by and by each day,
There's something to remember,
That with God there's always a way,
In any month, January through December.
Never give up when things don't go as planned,
We must know God is always right,
We must always make a faithful stand,
Because we don't know what God has in sight.
No one can ever take away the sorrow,
That you may feel when you're "all alone,"
But I can tell you there is always tomorrow,
There will be pain in life, afterall we are only flesh and bone.
Times will be happy, and also sad,
Times will be easy, and others hard I guarantee,
But without God things will always be bad,
But with God things will work out great, watch, you'll see!
There is no second chance to life,
You must live everyday to your best,
The times of happiness and the times of strife,
Because "life" is a big test.
Never give up when you think you can't continue,
I'll be here as much as I can for you,
Try hard not to be down and blue,
With trials remember to wear your "working shoes."
